“They’re dead.”
The truth was revealed before Raisya by Matthew. Raisya let out a very soft gasp.
“No way.” Raisya denied him. “I did not train Rin to be so weak. What kind of enemy did she face to have been killed?” She seemed angry.
“Me. I was that enemy.” Matthew said with a low voice.
Raisya’s eyes widened. “What do you mean?”
Matthew took a deep breath and said the next few words with a slightly louder voice than before. “I… I killed them.”
Matthew told her the thing that he had kept bottled up. It was not exactly a secret. Matthew simply hasn't told anyone else aside from Susan who already knew. The next person to know was the mother of one of his parents. The worst person to know about it, was what Matthew thought.
