Bran kept walking until he was only a few meters away to call out to Matthew. “Hey, Matthew!”
Matthew immediately turned his attention to Bran. “Oh, hey.”
“Sorry for interrupting.”
“No, it’s fine. We were just about done. What is it?”
“The chief just asked if you’d join for breakfast.” Bran said.
“Oh, sure. Be there in a sec.” Matthew replied then he continued talking to Belle.
Bran thought about eavesdropping but he only heard what Matthew said. So he just decided to wait until Matthew was done.
Not too long after, Matthew was done talking and Belle was escorted by two fairies away.
