CHAPTER 4

Sia reaches the hospital and resumes her duty. Her best friend Kiara tries to ask her why she cancels her holidays. But she ignores the topic, as she doesn't want to think about Abhimanyu. It’s been one week since their marriage. Sia spends most of her time out of the room whenever she returns to the room, Abhimanyu is either drinking or taking drugs. She wants to stop him from taking the drug, but now she learns her lesson and she won't want to poke her nose in his matter.

Today Sia is on holiday and Abhimanyu was not there. Abhimanyu went to buy drugs, this is the only reason he left his room otherwise he only stays in his room. After arranging her clothes in the cupboard, her gaze fell on Abhimanyu's clothes placed on the sofa. She was confused whether to touch his things or not, finally after thinking for a while she took his ironed clothes and put them in the cupboard. When she was going to close the door, her eyes went to the picture. She takes the picture and gets shocked.  This is Abhimanyu's childhood picture. Then she remembers, 

Flashback start

Sia was 13 years old when she visited the outstation on a school trip. She gets separated from her teacher and friend. She was just crying and walking on the road. When two men come toward her and start asking questions from her and try to touch her inappropriately. She gets more afraid when they try to take her into the car, but one hand stops them, she looked at the source. He is a boy around 16 years old fighting for her with them. Finally, the goons ran away. She was shocked at what happens if he will not come to save her. They would take her and thinking about anything further brings a shiver to her spine. The boy saw she was not responding, he can see the fear on her face. He goes near her and touches her arms

The boy asked her full of concern:" Hey, are okay now. They are gone.  You are safe, okay”. Sia doesn't say anything, just hugs him tightly. Boy first gets shocked, then he also responds to her hug and starts rubbing her hair and speaking soothing words. Their hugs break when they feel water droplets on them. They both get wet. Boy murmurs:” Oh shit ” and he holds Sia's hand and runs to find shelter. At last, they find one empty hut. They both enter the hut.

The boy removes his shirt and tries to dry it, he saw Sia was shivering due to the cold.  He looks around and luckily finds one blanket. He picks up the blanket and asks Sia to remove her clothes and dry them till it wraps the blanket, otherwise, she gets ill. The boy said without looking at her:" I am outside, you change your clothes and call me”. After that, she changes her dress and calls the boy inside. Then boy put out the fire by arranging items.

Both are sitting opposite the side of the fire. He notices Sia was still shivering. He goes nears her and touches her head after taking her permission. Boy gets worried:” Shit you have a fever, can I sit with you, so I can rub your hand otherwise your condition will worsen".

She nods, still shivering. Then the boy holds her by the shoulder then she put her head on his broad chest. He is rubbing her hand and finally, after some time, he can feel her stop shivering and her fever subsides, So he sleeps in the same position. The next morning, Sia opens her eyes. Now she is feeling better than she sees her position. She smiles at him, who is still sleeping with her mouth open. She tries to get up to wear her dress. Because of movement, his sleep disturbs him, and he opens his eyes. Boy asks her:” Hey, are you feeling well?"

she nods her head and said: "yes". He touches her forehead and sighs in relief. Then he said:" You change your dress, then we will visit the nearby police station”. She nodded, then she wears her cloth, and they left for the police station where she find her teacher. She ran to her teacher, and then she turns to find the boy, but he is nowhere

Flashback end

Sia gets happy and excited:" OMG my savior, my hero was Abhimanyu. He was that night with me. Now I understand why I feel some pull toward Abhimanyu. I never forget the boy who helps me, save my life, and save my dignity. There is not a single day when I did not think about him. He is the first and only man my heart beats for. I always pray to god, you come in front of me. All the time you are in front of me and I never realize. I love you, my here. My Abhimanyu." She was feeling happy when suddenly someone snatched the photo from her hand with a jerk, she looked at the person and got shocked to see Abhimanyu who was standing in front of her with red eyes. 

Before, she tells him that she was the girl that night, he shouted at her: "How dare you touch my cupboard. How many times do I have to tell you to leave me alone”. She get scared hearing his angry voice,  she composed herself and said: I am just putting on your clothes".

He interrupted and said:" Why? I told you not to touch my things . You are not my wife, understand”. And left from there take the alcohol and start drinking. She starts crying, he was not her hero. He is a broken man who hides his pain with alcohol and drugs. Now she is determined to bring her hero back. Then the next day, she tells her friend Kiara everything.

Kiara also gets excited and said: "O my god you finally meet your hero even get married to him, just confess your love to him”.  Sia sighed sadly and said: "Kiara now the situation is different he is not like before. He is a changed man. I don’t know what the fate of our relationship is, but I promise myself that I will bring my old Abhimanyu back ".

Kiara get confused and asked: "What are you thinking?” Sia said with determination: "First I have to stop his drinking habit, and now I am confident the whole molestation charges are fakes, so I need to clear his name to bring back his self-respect ". Kiara nodded and said:" yes and remember I am always with you”.

Sia smiled and said: "I know, idiot". Kiara just hug her.

Sia then broke the hug and said: "okay I  am going to meet Radha to discuss Abhimanyu's case ". Kiara nodded. 

Then she meets her fellow friend who deals with drug patients. She discusses Abhimanyu's case. She tells Sia about his behavior after the case and before the case. Behavior toward her, his family, and everything. Then the doctor advises something to Sia which makes her shocked. She refused: "No, how can I do this?”

The doctor looks at her and said: "There are only two ways, Sia, either admit him to a rehabilitation center or another one. You decide it’s up to you”. Sia nod, she knows Abhimanyu will never agree to go to a rehabilitation center and another option is very difficult for her. But she decided she is ready to do anything for him

One week passed, and Sia is just observing David's behavior. Now, Tina and Viren return from their honeymoon. 

Sia was talking on the phone, sitting in the garden when she spotted Abhimanyu who was angrily looking at Tina and Viren who were walking in the garden, holding each other hands. Seeing them together, he angrily moved inside the room. Sia immediately cut the call and rushed behind him worriedly. When she entered the room, she saw him searching for drugs inside the cupboard. 

When he heard the door closing voice, he angrily marched toward her and asked:" Where are my drugs?"

Sia remained silent, on which Abhimanyu shouted again:" Why are you silent? I am asking something."

 she murmured: "I threw them”.  Abhimanyu looked at her in rage: "What? Why? How dare you?”

She said, building confidence in herself: "I have full rights to do this as I am your wife and can’t see my husband taking slow poison”. He gets angry and throws the vase and said:" wife bullshit".

He started screaming and said:" I need drugs, Sia, please ". And fell on the floor, he crawled near Sia and begged her:" Please, Sia. Please, give me drugs. Please, I can't breathe without them. I can't survive without them. I will die, please try to understand." Before he could speak further, Sia slammed her lips on his. At first, Abhimanyu was shocked to react to anything, but slowly he drowned in passion and started kissing her like his life depends on her. 

Sia tried to break the kiss, but Abhimayu was lost in passion and lust, he didn't let her go. He was kissing her without care about anything, and it was very difficult for her to breathe. After seems like ages, he broke the kiss and started breathing heavily.

He was looking at her, he lost everything and just looked at her with lust and desire. Sia looked at him, seeing his expression she knows her plan was working. He forgot about drugs, she slowly raised her hand and started opening his shirt button. Sia was feeling shy, but she knows she has to do this for her husband. She roamed her hand over his broad chest, he closed his eyes in pleasure. 

After that, she took her to the bed after holding his hand. Then she removed her clothes, seeing her naked he didn't control himself and pulled her toward him. After that, he started ravishing her body without caring about anything. He keep making love to her the whole night without caring it was her first time, and after that, he slept showing his back to her.
