GOSSIP

Before going down, Hailey let me borrow one of her extra corporate attire in order to make me presentable when I take a picture for my passport.

We headed inside the embassy, and we can see several people sitting on the bench. We looked at each other in dismay about what we had witnessed. She placed her mouth next to my ears.

"Let me cut the line for you!" she says with a firm voice.

As someone who grows in an underdeveloped area, I know that cutting the line isn't right, so I tried stopping her.

"Please don't do these! We have one whole day to wait for our turn. I think that these people have been here earlier than the other employees!" I said.

She put her arms around my shoulders. "No! We will not waste time waiting with a bunch of losers. We need to prioritize your passport. Don't worry, all you can do is sit and watch me go to work!"

She winked at me as if she were sure that I would prioritize. I sat on the end of the bench, and she entered the office. Everyone is glaring at H
