Chapter 108

Regan's POV

I waited, and thought that Ashley would come to find me, but it was just a wish. She didn't show up.

She wasn't wounded, she was only knocked out, she should have regained consciousness and shown up by now.

This raised more questions in my heart about her involvement with Asher.

After waiting for a few hours, I couldn't wait anymore. I grabbed my crutches, leapt out of my wheelchair and made my way out.

Seeing the anger in my face, two guards followed me from behind as I made my way out of my chambers.

As I was just entering Asher's chambers, I saw Asher and Ashely walking side by side. They were strolling deeper into Asher's channel and I was sure that he wasn't leasing her to me.
