YOU DON’T LOVE ME

I walked into the room where my mom is with the doctor, I walk to her and held her hand.

“ The doctor is here, you will be fine mom”I said.

The doctor treated her, I held her hand as the doctor began to remove the bullet and stitch her hands.

After an hour the doctor was done with my mom while the doctor left us.

As the doctor step out I heard him said “ Excuse me ma’am “ I look back and it was Irene who was standing at the door.

I stood up and walk to her and she told me she just wanted to check on my mom and ask if she would like to eat something.

I stare at my caring little cat and kissed her on the lips.

I held her hand and wanted to take her into the room but she hesitated in entering.

“ You don’t want to come in? I asked.

“ I want to but I don’t know if she would like to see me” She says.

“ Since you want to see her, nothing is going to happen, I am here to protect you” I asked.
