My eyes widened as I saw Nate's gaze on me. Why on Earth is he looking at me? I'm not his girlfriend! This punk has a habit of involving innocent people in his squabbles. I've seen him do it to Jada Young - one of his admirers before and that was two months ago.
The school hosted an end of the year beach party and one of Nate's side chicks or was it Jada that was the side chick, I don't even remember, the other girl spotted Nate and confronted him about a rumor that he was dating a girl from another high school entirely and instead of Nate to deny or confirm the allegation, he just pointed at Jada Young and said she was his girlfriend.
The next thing I knew, both girls got into a heated argument that rapidly lead to physical fights. Nate just walked away with some chick that he probably slept with in the restroom. Piece of shit.
I won't be letting him do that to me! I'm nobody's fool.
