In fact, they dissuaded her from doing anything at all, saying that it was not needed. She could not understand why she was worth all the pampering, especially since she could not add much value to her family's profession as compared to her sister. Nonetheless, she copied how her family trained their bodies. They had routine physical exercises and intentionally did more of the heavy work in the estate. Although this meant that her fitness would never catch up with her family's, she had no other choice. She had no privacy to herself in this life.
