LUCAS POV.

I grinned like a child heading out of Jonathan's study room. Not entirely because of my joke to get Anna to hear my voice but because of the location of their honeymoon.

I typed on my phone, taking slow steps along the passages that led to Jonathan's bedroom.

I clicked send and smiled broadly. I'm sure Jonathan would have seen it by now.

Mr Clarkson has no idea the nuisance Jonathan has created in the hotel where he chose for them.

How many of the female workers he had lured into his bed during his short stay over there or how the manager caught him in the act?

The manager only let it slide because of who he was.

I guess the man must be in an awkward position presently as much as Jonathan.

A warning does no good in Jonathan's ears.

A little lesson will help.

I came to a halt in front of Jonathan's bedroom and knocked.

For a while, I got no response and decided to knock again but a maid passing by stopped to ask if I wanted to see Mr Clarkson.
