"What are you doing here?" I asked with a frown, trying to look behind him to see if he had come with Jason. But there was no car in the driveway, and he was standing with a bunch of papers in his hands.

"Uhmm...I came to give you some papers that are due first thing Monday morning, which I know is an odd day for everyone, since it is the day after the ball." Colton said with a frown on his face, then tilted his head back to look at me. "Why are you looking at me like you have seen a ghost?" He asked.

Well, for one, I wasn't expecting him in my home by this time. "I just....what papers?" I asked, frowning as he pushed the said file to me. "Please come inside." I told him and flipped the files open.

"I gave them to you last week, but you said some information was missing from them, so I had them fixed and brought them, because they are due Monday morning. I wouldn't like to keep that damn man waiting. He has been hounding me about the deal." Colton said.
