Saving Baraka

2020-12-18 11:21:49Baraka left the palace through the side door, which is usually used by maids and servants. She cried for her lover who lost his life and she cried at her fate.
"I am so sorry Odhan. I cannot do this" she whispered and removed the poison she stashed in her blouse.
She opened the sachet and was about to swallow the contents to kill herself when a voice stopped her.
"Odhan won't be happy" Darius uttered revealing himself from the shadows where they were hiding.
They reached the palace just a few minutes ago, before Baraka rushed outside with tears in her eyes.
She sat on the ground on her knees and cried for a while before apologizing to Odhan and removing some kind of dark powder.
Everyone understood what she was doing. Darius decided to save her, as he liked the prince of the dark world a little.
Baraka looked in the direction where she heard the voice from and gasped with surprise. She looked here and there for any spies or guar
