Aiden's POV

My patience was wearing thin as I stormed into my office, my aura oozing power that made even my Delta, Gustavo, tremble slightly.

"You have to get me a ticket to Paris today! I don’t care how you do it," I barked with my voice filled with urgency and frustration.

"Yes, Alpha!" Gustavo stammered, visibly shaken as he quickly scurried out to handle the request. My aura was intense, a manifestation of my rising impatience, and even Smoke, my wolf felt unsettled by the amount of control I was trying to exert.

I had been preoccupied with a series of attacks on the pack, which required all my attention. But now, with my mother, Alpha Fernly, back in charge, I could afford to leave. She was fierce and capable, and despite her absence for a while, I knew my pack was in good hands.
