Amelia’s POV

The dress was stiff and I felt stuck, looking like I had my balance far away from a strong being. It suddenly felt like a smell of betrayal. Cassie didn’t mention training with Damien. I took all the ounce of my strength to ignore his smell, if I could try to sprout out the beast inside of me but not until I’ve finally gained his trust to make me his Luna.

“You’ll make a great Luna, Amelia.” Her voice was always comforting, and I felt going to sleep last night was the better option even if I wasn’t feeling too sleepy. I had to make Damien trust me to be able to handle the position.

“On what terms do you think he’d make me available in the dungeon? It seems he has a thing for dark rooms, but throwing that guy in the dungeon…..?”

“Don’t worry about that. He has a ton of forgiveness in his blood, see him? He has been an offender since he arrived here. We'll talk about that after your first training session tomorrow.” She assured me.
