Georgia’s POV

I cradled the glass of whiskey in my hand, staring at the liquid, my thought blank.

A few moment I was happy, another moment I was about celebrating my marriage anniversary and another moment, they were all my past memories that has been shattered. I am the most unlucky female on this earth.

The photo of Damien kissing me on our wedding day remained permanently etched in my head.

I took one gulp of the liquid, my vision blurred with tears.

“I lost everything” I snapped, glaring at the glass in my head right before I beckoned to Kael who thought I was in this state because of the fake attack I told him about my pack that led me homeless..

He pulled his seat beside me, towering over me..

“I understand everything.”

I still did not give him a glance but in my peripheral vision, I could see his arm… corded arm with tattoos wrapped around them like a second skin due to the short sleeve he was putting on unlike the time where he wore a long sleeve when I first saw him.

Georgia’s POVThe relentless ringing of my phone dragged me out of sleep, the vibrating sound drilling into my skull like a cruel wake-up call. I groaned, shifting under the heavy blankets, my body aching in protest. Rubbing my bleary eyes, I tried to stretch my hand toward my phone on the nightstand, but the moment I moved, a sharp pain shot through my head as I held unto my head, wincing in pain. Pressing a hand against my forehead, feeling the dull, persistent throb at my temples, I tried not to move to relieve the pain.Flashes of last night’s activities fill my mind. The amazing moment I had experienced with Kael. His touch and how his hands were gentle against my skin but I was quick to shake this thought off my head. I can’t let this thought consume me. It was just a one night stand and I am not feeling guilty. Damien had cheated on me after all. The ringing started again, cutting through my sluggish thoughts. With a heavy sigh, I grabbed the phone as I saw the caller ID. Fat

Kael’s POVThe reflection of the morning light from the open window interrupted my sleep, its rays smiling against my closed eyelids. I groaned, rolling onto my side as I struggled to blink myself awake. My hand rubbed my tired eyes, while the other instinctively reached out across the bed, fingers trailing over the cool, empty sheets searching for her. A small frown formed between my brows as my hand searched further, moving over every corner I could reach until suddenly, I felt nothing. My eyes snapped open.I turned my head toward the side of the bed where she had laid last night, where her body had been pressed against me, where the scent of her skin had filled in the sheets. I inhaled it deeply and slowly. The way she had looked at me in the eyes while I was inside her, how she bit her lips seductively, how her breath hitched as my hands roamed her bare skin, how she had whispered my name in a voice so soft and sweet, how she had surrendered herself to me entirely.I exhaled sha

Kael’s POVEver since Georgia had left that day, memories of her was still fresh in my mind. I had searched for her everywhere. I’d passed by her house more times than I cared to admit, always leaving with the same disappointment. I haunted that damn club where we met, hoping she’d walk through the doors again, but she never did.Shortly, my door creaked open, revealing Lucy, my mistress. Lucy stepped. She is wearing a transparent fitted black dress, thin straps hugging her shoulders, the neckline plunging and showing her cleavage and part of her breast just enough to tempt the eye. “You’ve been different,” she said quietly, stepping closer. Her voice carried a softness. “You’ve been avoiding me lately.”I said nothing.“I come here, and you barely look at me. You don’t touch me anymore… not like before.” Her heels clicked softly against the floor as she approached. I didn’t answer. When I didn’t respond, she moved closer, standing between my knees now, her body mere inches from

Georgia’s POVIt had taken more courage than I thought to leave ever since Damien and Patricia humiliated me, requesting for a polygamous marriage, but my father’s words had been the push I needed.“Come home,” he’d said over the phone, his voice steady yet warm. “My pack is your pack, always. No matter what happens with Damien, you’ll always have a place here.”I stood in my bedroom that night, surrounded by half-packed bags. For so long, I’d convinced myself that leaving wasn’t an option, that I had to stay and make things work, maybe accept Patricia as my co-wife. But seeing how my father showed me how welcomed I am to his pack, I knew the moon goddess has blessed me with such a loving father. He finally wanted me home.So I packed. Each piece of clothing folded into my suitcase while Damien was away for work.Ever since I got married to Damien, Damien had always found ways to keep me away from my family, always had a reason why I couldn’t visit my family. “Your place is with me,”

Georgia’s POVThe next day, I was woken up by the relentless ringing of my mobile phone. I have been oversleeping lately and I knew that was one of the symptoms of my pregnancy.Groaning softly, I reached over the phone, squinting at the screen. Damien’s name was flashing on the screen.Thirty missed calls.I hadn’t expected him to be this persistent. As if on cue, a message notification popped up. Hesitating for a moment, I tapped it open, only to find a flood of texts from Damien.‘You’re overreacting to this little thing. Come back home where you belong. Patricia and Liam’s presence shouldn’t threaten you. He’s your stepson, and as the future alpha, you should love him as your own. Patricia will be sharing our bed. If you don’t like that, you can take turns. But I can’t send her or Liam away, he is my blood. You need to understand that. I love you. The pack misses you too. Come back tonight. If you refuse, I’ll send my men to bring you back.” Those were his pathetic words from the

Georgia’s POVMy gown flowed effortlessly with every step, the silky fabric brushing against the stairs as I was climbing gently down stairs, making my way down to the pack hall where everyone was already enjoying their moments. Amelia was walking just behind me, her hands gently lifting the back of my dress so it wouldn’t catch on the steps.“You look stunning, my Luna,” she whispered softly.I smiled at her words. When I finally reached the bottom of the stairs, I paused for a moment. All the pack members were already gathering. The pack hall was alive with celebration. Everywhere I looked, people were laughing, dancing to the beating drums, and some were chatting happily with one another while holding cup of drinks as they gulped it all in excitement, requesting for more. Garlands of flowers of different colors hung around every corner of this building.Banners bearing our pack’s crest, the image of a silver wolf beneath a crescent moon were draped along the walls.Round tables li

Kael’s POVI was seated at the back seat of my luxurious black car, watching through the tinted glass as we approached the crowd gathering. The car moved slowly, carefully maneuvering through the sea of people whose excitement was clear in their eyes. My expression remained cold and unreadable as I observed. Some knelt with their palms pressed flat against the corner side of the road, while others hurried to lay their coats and shawls across the path ahead, creating a makeshift carpet. Fresh flower petals, white lilies and crimson roses rained gently against the car’s glass as pack members tossed them toward the vehicle in an offering of respect. Rendering praises.“May you live long, your reign has been a blessing. All hail…” It continuedI listened without reaction, my gaze steady as I observed their faces through the tinted window. Their reverence didn’t surprise me. I was the Lycan King, their overall ruler by blood and right. Their submission was expected, not something that need

Kael’s POVWe are now at backstage of the feasting room. I stood, my face looking emotionless. “The territory assignment, you will have to release 70 percent of your own territory to me.” My words made him turn to face me, shocked. I needed part of his territory for my pack for shelter. If they want my protection this time, they needed to sacrifice their lands. “Seventy percent of my land? Do you know what you’re asking, your majesty?”“I know exactly what I’m asking.” I met his gaze without flinching. “That land borders my enemy's territory, part of those werewolves that are creating a stronger pack to attack me. If I control it, they won’t dare move against me. And if war breaks out, my pack will have the ground it needs to push back. It’s strategic. Necessary.”“Necessary for you, maybe. But what about my pack? Without that land, we lose hunting grounds, farmland, everything we rely on to survive. I won’t cripple my people just to strengthen yours.”I took a step closer, my voic

Kael’s POVI was once human, despite being the Lycan king in my previous life, but my mortal body perished, and with it, my existence as a man came to an end. Knowing that I could no longer walk among them, I erased myself from the memories of everyone in Georgia’s life. Now, in the afterlife, I exist as a god to the lycans. But even, she persists. Georgia, the one I banished from my heart, refuses to stay away. She claws at the boundaries I have set, seeking a way back in. I have ensured that every door remains shut, every passage barred, yet she is relentless. “I don’t think she would stop soon.” Karl stated.“Karl, I told you to make sure she doesn’t step foot back here,” I seethed, my voice filled with fury. “Yet here you are, telling me you think she won’t stop. Do you take me for a fool?”Karl exhaled sharply, his jaw tight. He stood before me. “I did exactly as you asked,” he said through gritted teeth. “Her visa application was denied repeatedly. But she’s not giving up. If

Georgia’s POVThe boys’ quarters was small but enough for what I needed. I dropped my bag by the bed, sighing as I took in my surroundings. A single wooden table stood by the window and a chair was tucked under it. I pulled out my phone, fingers moving as I navigated to the visa application website. I had checked everything before, my documents, my financial statements, my reason for travel. Everything was in order. There was no reason for rejection. No reason at all.Yet, as I filled in my information and pressed submit, the response came instantly.“Your application has been declined. You do not meet the eligibility criteria.”I frowned. That had to be a mistake. I double-checked my details, ensured every box was ticked, and tried again.“Application rejected. You are ineligible for a visa at this time.”A slow frustration crept into my chest. I met all the requirements. I had the necessary funds, the valid passport, and even the sponsorship letter. So why was it rejecting me? Was

Georgia’s POVSuddenly, we heard sounds of footsteps before I saw Damien. Confident as he approached. “Lucy is right,” he said as he entered, obviously he had overheard I and Lucy’s conversation. He didn’t sit immediately. Instead, he walked towards me, his fingers grazing the back of my chair.I set my fork down, sound against my plate. “About what?”He reached his seat and finally lowered himself into it, meeting my gaze with eyes that held no hesitation. “She’s moving into our room,” he said simply, as if it were a foregone conclusion. “And if you don’t like it, you can leave.”The words hit me like a slap. “Excuse me?” My voice was sharp, edged with disbelief.“You heard me,” he said. “This arrangement makes the most sense. Lucy deserves a place in my life. In my room. In our home.”“Our home?” I laughed, the sound was brittle and hollow. “No, Damien. My home.” I pushed my chair back abruptly, standing as anger coursed through me. “If anyone should leave, it’s you and Lucy.”His

Georgia’s POVLater that day, Lucy sat across from me at the breakfast table, I knew something was wrong. It wasn’t just the overly polite way she had asked if we could talk in private or the way she tucked a stray strand of blonde hair behind her ear, something she only did when she was nervous. It was the way she looked at me, as if she had made up her mind about something she knew I wouldn’t like.I sipped my tea.She exhaled, her lips curling into a small, hesitant smile. “I just want you to listen to me before reacting.”That wasn’t a good start.Lucy and I had always been close or at least I thought we had. She was my step-sister, yes, but we grew up together, shared secrets, and whispered about our crushes in the dark when we were younger. But now, sitting in front of me with that unnerving calmness, I had the sinking feeling that something was about to break. She hesitated for a second before speaking, and when she did, her voice was maddeningly composed. “I’ve been thinking

Georgia’s POVLater that night…I knew something was wrong the moment Damien walked into our bedroom. His face was tight with restrained emotion, his jaw clenched as if someone had just angered him. He stood by the window, staring out the estate. He didn’t turn to look at me, but I could feel the weight of his silence pressing against me.I set the brush down and met his reflection in the mirror. “If you have something to say, just say it, Damien.”He exhaled sharply and turned to face me, his eyes cold. “I can’t do this anymore.”“Do what?” I was curious to know.“Be your husband. That’s exactly the problem. I’m tired of pretending to love you. I’m tired of pretending that this marriage is something it’s not. I can’t cope with you anymore.”For a second, I couldn’t breathe. The finality in his voice sent a sharp pain through my chest, but I refused to let it show, I already saw all of this coming. In my previous life, he had left me for Lucy so I am not surprised. Instead, I stood a

Georgia’s POVThe next day, making my way out, I was met with a sight that made me fill in rage. And there, sitting upon that throne, was Damien.I halted in my tracks as I took in the sight before me. He sat back, one leg crossed over the other, his fingers lazily tracing the armrest as if he belonged there. But what sent a sharp, anger through me was the crown. It didn’t belong to him and yet he held it on.“What the hell do you think you’re doing?” My voice snapped through the silence.”Damien turned his head toward me slowly, his expression unreadable as he smiled.“Admiring the view,” he said simply, tilting his head back slightly as if daring me to challenge him.Rage burned hot inside me. “Get off of it,” I seethed, marching toward him. “Take that damn thing off. You have no right…”He exhaled a slow breath, deliberately reaching up and adjusting the crown slightly on his head, making it gleam under the filtered light. “No right?” His voice was calm, too calm. “Tell me, Georgia

Georgia’s POV We sat in the waiting area of the airport, the overhead lights casting a glow over the sea of worried faces. People murmured around us in hushed voices, some whispering prayers, others simply staring blankly ahead, lost in their own thoughts. The flight company had assured us that they would provide updates as soon as they had confirmation, but hours had passed, and we were still waiting. My fingers were clenched so tightly around my phone that they ached. Every so often, I would unlock it, refreshing news sites, checking for any word about survivors, any sign that my father had made it through. But the articles only repeated the same facts over and over. A plane had gone down. Search and rescue teams were deployed and no one survived. No full passenger list had been released yet.Beside me, my Lucy sat as still as stone, her back straight, her hands folded in her lap. Her face was calm, but I could see the fine tremor in her fingers, the way her lips were pressed tog

Lucy’s POVI watched as Georgia strolled to the window, her fingers curled around the thin fabric of the curtain as she stared outside. “You can’t stay here forever, Georgia,” I said quietly. She didn’t respond at first, just exhaled softly as if my words were an inevitable truth she wasn’t ready to face. Then, finally, she spoke.“I don’t want to go back,” she admitted, her voice barely above a whisper. “Kael is here and I want to find him.”I moved closer, sitting on the chair beside her. “I know,” I said. “But you can’t hide here either. Father is waiting.”Her expression flickered, something unreadable passing through her features. “I know?” she murmured.I frowned slightly. “Of course.”She let out a quiet, humorless chuckle. “That’s the thing, isn’t it? He’s always waiting. And when I finally get there, it’s never the right time.”I exhaled, running a hand through my hair. “Georgia, I understand. But we can’t keep postponing this. We need to go home. Forget about Kael. For a mo

  • Alpha’s Scumbag: Sorry My Luna   Chapter 73

Georgia’s POVEveryone had bowed to him, their bodies pressed low to the ground. And even after he had disappeared into the dark from which he had come, they remained there, kneeling, heads still lowered as though his presence was still there. For minutes, silence reigned, only broken by the occasional whisper of prayer or the rustle of fabric as someone shifted or moved. Then, almost as if on cue, a wave of cheers erupted. I stayed standing, unable to tear my eyes away from the door. It was foolish, but the urge to move forward, to press my palm against that wood and push through and walk towards him, claw at it if I had to, gripped me so suddenly it almost scared me. But I knew better. If I tried to approach that door, I would be caught.I swallowed, forcing my shoulders to relax even as the weight of unanswered questions pressed against me.“C’mon, Georgia, dance!” Lucy’s voice shattered through my haze as she yanked me toward the dancing crowd.I stumbled, barely catching myself,
