Stephanie made her way to Alpha Damien’s office, her mind still buzzing from the excitement and exhaustion of the past few days.

As soon as she knocked, his voice called her in, sounding more relaxed than usual. When she entered, he was sitting at his desk, shuffling through some papers but glanced up with a raised brow.

“I wanted to let you know that everything is in place for the children during the festival,” Stephanie said, standing a bit stiffly near the door. “The hall is ready, and we’ve got activities planned for the entire day.”

Alpha Damien leaned back in his chair, a small smile tugging at his lips. “I’ve heard nothing but praise,” he said. “The mothers, the staff—they’ve all said you’ve outdone yourself, Stephanie. Seems like the kids are in for a great time.”

A soft flush of pride warmed Stephanie’s cheeks. “Thank you,” she replied, genuinely pleased with the feedback. She hesitated, unsure if there was anything more to say, before nodding and turning toward the door.
