Theda POV

I slowly opened my eyes, the dim light of my surroundings gradually coming into focus. As my senses returned, I heard thumping noises and growls echoing through the air, causing my heart rate to quicken. Confusion clouded my mind as I struggled to recall how I had lost consciousness in the first place. I was surprised, even bewildered, to find myself alive.

With a gasp, I lifted my weary eyes, blinking away the remnants of unconsciousness. The sight that greeted me sent a chill down my spine. Strewn across the leaf-covered forest ground were the lifeless bodies of several wolves, their once menacing presence now reduced to motionless carcasses. The scent of blood and fur hung heavy in the air, mingling with the earthy aroma of the woods.
