Theda POV

He stretched out his hand and placed it on my face, his face turning cold.

"Or, should I go after that evil stepfather of yours, Alpha Julian?"

Yes, that was what I wanted, Tyler to crush the head of Julian. I wanted to see him on his knees begging me for his life, but I wanted to personally curse his pain, not through Tyler.

"Theda?"

"No, let Julia be, but I'd like to visit the pack and see my family someday."

"You don't want them to come live with us here?"

What? That's not going to easily work. I know Julian. My stepfather wasn't going to let go of my Mom and brother easily. If Tyler had to take them from him, it would be by force and it might lead to a tussle of power between them.

Alpha Julian is a sadistic person. If he knows that I'm living a pleasant life, he wouldn't wish the same for my Mom and brother. He would try to make their life worse than before. I won't give him that chance. I'm going to cultivate myself to be strong and look forward to the time I'll get ri
