Theda POV

Breaking the silence, Alpha Norton said, "Theda, have dinner with us."

I, taken aback by his persistence and his mother's warm invitation, still hesitated for a moment. I searched for the right words, my mind still wrestling with the implications of accepting the invitation. Finally, I spoke, my voice tinged with a mix of gratitude and hesitation.
