"What’s the update?" I asked, changing the topic.

"All of a sudden, the beta inside Teressa awoke, and she sent five fake couples for Alpha’s security. And you won’t believe it, a waiter tried to drug Alpha." I narrowed my eyes at that information. "That waiter is a human and was doing this for some money."

"And who gave him the money to do this?"

"Well, he hasn’t opened his mouth about that part. Since he is a human, we couldn’t take the matter into our own hands. So, I hope human cops will help us get that answer."

"Does he know about it?" I didn't need to take his name, but Ivano understood it very well.

"Not yet. Alpha is spending time with her and has asked not to be disturbed. In fact, he is the one who is in control of Massimo’s body." He responded in an irritating tone while I pressed my lips tightly, "I will update him tomorrow."
