Alex’s P.OV.

Suddenly, I found myself unable to breathe. As I sat in the room, I felt a strange sense of suffocation. I stepped outside of the terrace and opened the door to the terrace. I was tired of this life. All my efforts were in vain. My love for him was not waning, but he was still far away from me.

Not even a few seconds had passed since I was lying down on the sofa back when I heard a noise on the terrace.

I opened my eyes in fear and stood up.

"What is that noise?" I tried to get up and look around. Albert was standing at the main gate, and the guards tried to stop him. I could not believe my eyes when I saw him. The hard expression on his face was apparent to me. Why did he come here? I was shocked. He knew Alpha would not tolerate him, yet he came here anyway. What if Alpha finds out about his arrival? No, I have to force him to leave.
