DAMON'S POV

I saw a shadow lurking around her room while we were talking. I listened carefully, I heard a sound. That's when I jumped up to chase this person. He jumped down and I followed him, I chased after him everywhere in the streets. He's a werewolf too due to his insane speed. I paced up with him, I smell a beta.

I almost caught him until a car came from nowhere. It was a hit and run. It almost hit me, I had to jump off. I did not see the guy after the car left. I have some wounds and broken bones, I'll be healed in no time. Suddenly, I felt my heart race way too fast. My eyes widened in realization.

"Donnie!" I yelled and ran back as fast as I can to the apartment.

I soon got to her apartment where I saw someone else jump down. I opened the door and rushed into the apartment. I found her hiding and covering her face, I sighed in relief.
