As soon as her father left, Davina felt a sense of urgency wash over her.

She made her way to the basement, the dim light casting eerie shadows on the concrete walls. "Time to do some digging." She said to herself

She began methodically searching through the cluttered shelves and dusty boxes, her hands trembling with anticipation.

Each item she inspected yielded nothing of significance, leaving her feeling increasingly frustrated.

"Nothing... Maybe I will have better luck in the attic." She said to herself as she left out a frustrated sigh.

With a heavy heart, she ascended the stairs to the attic, memories of her old house flooding her mind.

She remembered her father mentioning boxes from the fire that had destroyed their previous home, boxes that held secrets she was determined to uncover.

She scanned the attic "Come on, where are you hiding?"

Despite her thorough search, the attic offered no answers, only the faint scent of old memories lingering in the air.
