Alpha Axel's POV

As the wolfsbane finally wore off, I felt a wave of relief wash over me.

The excruciating pain and uncontrollable transformation had subsided, leaving me exhausted and disoriented.

I knew I had brought this upon myself, meddling in a witch's house. Now, I have learned my lesson the hard way.

I slowly opened my eyes, taking in my surroundings.

I found myself in Racheal's room, surrounded by the remnants of my chaotic day.

The sun streamed through the window, casting eerie shadows across the room. My gaze wandered, searching for something to ground me in this unfamiliar place.

And then I saw it, a family photograph resting on the dresser. It was a man and a woman, the woman bearing an uncanny resemblance to Racheal.

The woman, holding a baby in her arms, was unmistakably her mother.

I couldn't help but wonder if the baby she cradled was Racheal herself. The photograph seemed to hold a story, a secret that begged to be unraveled.
