By the time I finished devouring the delicious chili that Brooke had cooked for me, she had cleaned up the entire house, much to my annoyance and dismay. I have noticed she is always doing something; it is like she can't sit idly and relax. Whenever I see her, she is always occupied with something; if she is not doing anything, then she is reading.

Even though there were so many questions that I had regarding her previous life, I refrained from asking. Instead, I asked about herself, her favorite color, her favorite food, and so on.
