Chapter 70

A car slowed to a halt in front of the Argent estate and a door was pushed open, another, following moments later.

Augustus stood before the wrought iron gate, his hands on his hip. The last time he'd seen this gate had to be when he tried getting young and beautiful Nora out of this place. It had been futile and he'd come out of that gate, severely wounded.

Casey stood beside him and stared up at the monstrous building standing before them. He tore his gaze away from the building and looked at Augustus who's attention was on the building.

"How do we get in?"

Augustus cleared his throat and shook his head. He turned sideways to face Casey. "This place is quite empty save for Nora and a few other Argents,"
