Was that so obvious on her face that she was yearning for the father of the baby to come over? She wriggled out of his hold and moved away. Her heart was a beating mess while her sweaty palms slipped across the body of the tree as she moved backwards.
"However, all it takes is one night. Just let me have you for once and I shall let you go unharmed with your illegitimate baby." He said dryly. His eyes mocking her. "And if I am satisfied enough then who knows I might just shower you with some of my blessings and fill your empty pockets with some bucks for your services."
That sounded exactly like Damien's words. Aura was stunned as tears of miserability dribbled in chains. She gulped a lump of hardship and with all her energy that was left, she stung his cheek with a mind-boggling slap.
