Kai POV

It had become a routine for me to check on Lily secretly every night after she fell asleep. That was the only way I could stay insane and keep my wolf in check too.

The pressure was becoming too much for us to handle. It was noon and I was feeling overwhelmed again. The daylight filtered through the curtains, casting a long shadow across my bedroom.
