ELEANOR

I only regained my senses when I felt Alexander pull up abruptly on the road. I quickly glance up at him, meeting his eagle-like stare.

"Eleanor, what's wrong?" The sound of his deep, husky voice reaching my ears made me feel safe somehow. However, now that I am by his side I couldn't help myself but doubt my decision to come back here.

Something just doesn't feel right.

I'm not sure if I'm just having these hallucinations or I really saw that man appear in front of me two times already. I took a deep breath, closing my eyes as I ran my fingers through my red hair. My hands shaking.

"Eleanor?"

I whoop my head around to face him, his one hand gripping the wheel while the other clasping on my knee, which I haven't really noticed until he snatched my attention and pulled me out of my thoughts.

"N-Nothing.." I stuttered.

"You're lying." He says sternly, folding his arms across his chest while leaning back on his chair.
