ELEANOR

I just needed to take a breather for the first time in a long while before I stare into the face of reality right ahead of me.

For the first time, I wanted to feel what it's like to be a wolf. I want to feel the rain patter on the ground as I feel the earth with my paws knowing they would take me wherever I wanted to go. I want to feel the wind brushing through my fur and simply enjoy running around with my wolf. I wanted to run. Maybe I always had but the thought of seeing my blood wolf scared me. All this time I've been holding her back, keeping her locked up in a cage somewhere deep within me to make sure the curse is kept well hidden too.

I realize how wrong I have always been once I finally let my wolf go. When Ares took the reins from me, you have no idea how good that felt to me. I was relieved as I heaved out a deep sigh before letting my wolf take over.
