#Chapter 101 (Deonna) – The Trial

There had to be over a hundred wolves at the trial; it was in the yards of the palace. Almost everybody was in their wolf forms except for the king and queen. I had never seen so many wolves in one setting before; even at the slave farm, they didn’t hold this many of us.

I couldn’t stop thinking about what Marlon had said to me, that he wanted Kamala and me to run at the first sight of danger.
