I swallowed hard as I stared right at the door. Who could that be? I walked gingerly to the door, wishing suddenly there was a hole to figure out who was at the other side of the door. Another knock. I took a deep breath, and pulled the door open. Mike stood at the other side of the door in a white t-short and shorts. He pushed into the room, making me go back a step. “Why were you screaming?” He asked immediately. “None of your business,” I snapped right back. He glared at me. “I believe it is. You literally distracted me moments ago. Now, be a dear and tell me what the problem is,” he persisted. I sighed. “Well, I had a nightmare. Honestly, I’m fine. I just need to sleep in and it will get better,” I said stupidly. He gave me a look. “You have to turn your scream down a notch…” He snapped suddenly, I blinked twice. “Yes, I bet that sorry of yours cares so much about the noice I make.
