I couldn’t believe the scene that was playing out in front of me. Marcus had found Ian? He must have tortured him. I gasped in shock as I ran towards him. He looked so lost at first, and that actually broke my heart into two. What was I going to do to solve the issue that was fostering on its own. Marcus was endangering the lives of people that I care about.

Unable to take the pain anymore, I grabbed Ian close to my heart, holding him so tight. I felt his hand tighten around me and I sighed in relief.
