Chapter 9

EDEN.

I stood at the school gate, gazing while the other students walked into the compound. They all glared at me and teased me, but I was ignorant of whatever they had in store.

This college isn't made for Omegas in the Packs. Only the Alphas and Betas are admitted into the school, but here I am, standing before the school gate and pondering on why and how I became a student of such a school.

‘I'm a Beta, Eden. Don't think of me as an Omega.’ my wolf interrupted my thoughts. ‘We should be in class now…’ she added and I nodded, taking slow steps towards the school gate.

There are schools made for just the Gammas and Deltas. Most Omegas don't study further after high school. Some are not privileged to go through high school but I did even after I was demoted. Maybe I was given that grace since my deceased father was the Chief Beta of the Pack.

The moment I stepped into the school compound, I felt goosebumps all over my body. I could see my fellow women turning me into a laughingstock.
