76: Someone Knows About Us

Olivia's POV

"No! No! No!"

I tripped, and I fell into a deep, dark abyss. I tried to scream, but I couldn't. The darkness had muffled my screams and was devouring my conscience little by little.

There was nothing more to think about. This was the end. I was lost, and I would never see André or Jonas again. There was nothing that I could do, and I simply closed my eyes to accept my fate.

I continued to fall, but I soon hit something comfortable and soft. My body was warm, and my skin felt loved.

“No. This wasn't real."

I felt my body become stiff. Where was I? What was happening? Was I finally dead? Was this heaven? Where were the pearly gates?

It was still dark, but the darkness felt comforting and familiar—the soft type that rocked you to peaceful sleep. I still couldn't see it, but I was no longer afraid.

"André?"

I took a sniff of the air, and his scent filled my nostrils. Where was I? Was he here? Why couldn't I see him?
