Spending hours in the healer's quarters, accompanied by Will for protection, Rosette delved into the realm of wolf medicine. While not a seasoned surgeon, she quickly adapted to the unique methods. While she was proficient in basic medical procedures like setting bones and stitching wounds, the wolves' penchant for playful combat presented a new challenge. Under the healer's guidance, Rosette honed her skills in treating severe abdominal injuries and complex lacerations.

As her time with the healer progressed, Rosette noticed that not all wolves sought treatment. One particularly busy afternoon raised concerns, even for the usually patient healer. After the last patient departed, they awaited Will to usher in the next individual.

"I've never treated a wolf for a sinus infection," Will's voice echoed from the adjacent room. "If you want to meet the Alpha's mate, you need to speak with him."
