Chapter 100; Dissolving resistance.

“What is wrong with you?” Ivorie asked in a high pitched tone.

Regan exhaled and ran his hand through his hair in devastation. He faced Estan again who was still kneeling before him.

“Leave, now!” He ordered in a grave tone. The Beta stood up instantly and left the manor.

As soon as the door was shut, Ivorie rooted herself in front of him. “Man-whore? Where did that even come from? Did you think we were…” she paused her words, realising it would sound disgusting if she said it.

“I acted on impulse on what I thought I saw.” Regan said firmly. His voice didn't hold any form of remorse although, deep in his heart, he was.

Ivorie faced hin with a look of utter bewilderment. “Really? Is this really who you are?” She asked.

“A violent leader?” She interrupted him. Regan paused to look at her. Anger was boldly written all over her face.
