Lyono ran for days. He passed through the outlands and survived the harsh life to the border where he almost approached the world of the originals. He got to a nearby forest and made to take a break since it was just a few hours’ walk into town. So, he set his tent there to sleep for the night.
May was close by. She had been watching him from the outlands. May was a fast runner. She got to the outlands in a day and was lucky to find Lyono striving for survival. She did not want him to see her as she wondered what he was looking for in the outlands. She followed closely to know where he was heading.
She waited for him to fall asleep then she crept into his tent and made for his bag of food. Immediately he grabbed her by the arm. She gasped as she did not expect that he would catch her.
