Chapter 11

I wake up in Malachi's arms. He held me all night and didn't even try anything because of what happened with William. I turn and see Malachi still fast asleep. ‘He is so adorable.’ I think, admiring his features. I don't want to wake him, so I get up slowly. I’m wearing some of his clothes he gave me last night to sleep in, but I don't change. I walk through the door to go to the kitchen for some coffee.

As I’m walking down the stairs, I hear laughter from the kitchen and as I enter, I look around to find Amelia and Paul. They turn my way. "Good morning, Chloe," Amelia says, smiling.
