Olivia’s POV

I held my breath at my terrible thoughts.

Tracy saw that I had no intention of getting out of the car, so she swung the door open and dragged me out. Trust me, a chicken couldn't usually drag me out in normal cases.

She threw me on the ground as if I was a piece of garbage and she quickly got in the car.

The car started immediately, leaving me alone on the highway.

The wind and ice scratched my dry face like needles. The air was so cold that it was difficult to breathe.

I called my wolf Zoe with a glimmer of hope, but she still ignored me. She seemed to have been sleeping since the day before the wedding.

I have been weak since losing my child.

Maybe my weakness had also affected her.
