In the imperial palace after Iris left to meet lady Tasha, Eros eats his medicine just like he promised Iris and leaves the palace. Thomas dutifully follows behind his master.

"Your highness, lady Iris has strictly ordered us not to allow you out of the palace. She will be angered if she finds out that you went out with some work and we let you" he tried to stop Eros like the dutiful servant that he is.

Eros smiled at his words.

"Now you are more scared of Iris than your king?" he teased Thomas.

The manservant gave his king a sheepish smile.

"It's just that, we like and respect Lady Iris. What she said is true. We all are worried about your health" he replied truthfully.

Eros is satisfied with his assistant's reply.

"Don't worry Thomas. We will be back before she could realise that we even left the palace" Eros assured his assistant.
