Chapter 88

Yifa walked up to the King's bed in small but sure steps since she didn't want to startle him and wake him up suddenly because she knew how many people hate waking up suddenly.

When Yifa was close enough, she took a peek at the King on the bed.

The King was sleeping so peacefully that Yifa felt sad to wake him up but she knew that the King would forgive her once he realized what they were doing.

"Your Majesty," Yifa whispered even though she knew that the King would wake up right away even if she whispered.

She knew how to enter the room as quietly as possible because based on her experience, the King was a light sleeper and small noises could wake him up.

Maybe it runs in his blood because he is a King.

As expected, King Benedict opened his eyes before closing them again when he smelt Yifa 's scent in the room.

Yifa didn't know but King Benedict actually considers her someone he can trust so he isn't afraid whenever Yifa was roaming his room while he sleeps.
