"Amaya , it's time to wake up," Killian spoke gently, gently shaking her shoulders in an attempt to rouse her. He had been trying to wake her for a few minutes now, and maintaining his gentleness was becoming a challenge.

Despite his sweet coaxing, Amaya only clung tighter to the pillow, still lost in slumber. She had fallen asleep on the couch in Killian 's office after they had shared a pleasurable moment together. In those intimate moments, all of Killian 's worries vanished, and he could focus solely on the pleasure that Amaya 's presence brought him.

Though he sometimes felt a twinge of guilt, he knew their relationship was purely physical, devoid of any romantic entanglement. He understood the boundaries clearly.

"Come on, Amaya ," Killian 's tone grew a bit firmer this time. Luckily, he didn't need to repeat himself as Amaya slowly opened her eyes, her gaze still hazy from the deep sleep she had been in when he returned from his father's bedroom.
