Kole's Point Of View

I watch as the naive wolf raise her eyebrows in shock at my words.

"Are you kidding me right now, Kole? Because this isn't funny." She says raising a brow.

"No I'm serious Ava, I have kidnapped you." I confirm to her, struggling to contain my laughter threatening to surface. This was my grand master plan. Krys and I came up with it, it was our last resort to get this two closer to each other and fall in love. Hopefully when he realizes that she was gone it would surely wake up the part he tries to ignore, the part that deeply cares for this naive wolf.

So far it hasn't been easy, with all our plans failing miserably. It's not easy to show Kaden that he is being a huge blockhead with Ava, brother was always so clueless with the matters of the heart and this plan was going to show him that he was crazy in love with Ava. It has to work, or so God help me I'll be put in a box for more than a century.

I was literally staking my life on this plan, I couldn't think of an

Kole’s Point Of ViewMorning came quite swiftly, to be completely frank I couldn't sleep. Something kept me up, it was Faye. What she said to me about finding my own happiness really got me. I have always believed I stood as the glue holding whatever broken pieces remained of the Delacourts family. I didn't want us to fall apart. when Lycoan haunted us from place to place, I didn't want us to be divided. Even when Kathryna attacked us, killing our youngest brother Kyllian, heaven knew I tried my best to stop us from lashing out at each other. I tried to keep us from falling apart even though at the end we did but still I managed to keep Kaden sane and stop him from spiraling. We knew how ugly things could get when he loses control.I have dedicated my entire life to this dysfunctional family of mine, maybe it was time I also go to my own happiness.I moved to Ava's door, knocking on it for the fifth time, no answer. Ava's Point Of View"I still can't believe you and Faye are an item." I say as we ride back to our pack. I was still stuck on the incredibly romantic scene between Faye and Kole, it was as if I was caught watching a romance movie. I ship that couple so much.'Kaye.’ That didn't sound too bad."I know right, I'm such a good catch. She is so lucky." Kole jokes, grinning as he drives."You wish--- Faye is awesome and a badass, she built up her empire singlehandedly and plus she is gorgeous. You're the lucky one here." I scoff and he nods."You are right, I am lucky to have her. But I'm afraid that I've run out of luck today because Kaden is going to brutally murder me. He is going to kill me, wait for me to heal and when I'm back then he will kill me again." Kole mutters seemingly scared. We were going to be in huge trouble when we returned, I can already imagine a pissed off Kaden lashing out on us.Gosh, it was so scary just to even think about it. Could we switch places? I didn't want

  • Alpha Kaden: THE PRIMORDIAL HYBRID    The Intruder!

Ava's Point Of View"Kaden let him go!" I foolishly say to the Alpha. His red eyes observe me curiosly and I feel like dying right there and then. There was something in the way he gazed at me that made me completely and utterly vulnerable. It was like I was completely defenseless before him, completely out in the open. There was also a look of hurt in his eyes. Was the Primordial hybrid hurt by me?Everywhere sits silent for a moment, it even seemed like the birds in the trees stopped singing, they were all probably sensing my impending death, just watching and waiting for it. Any moment from now I think they will get what they wish for, because I was going to die now for sure.Kaden lets go of Kole's collar, dropping him on the ground hard, he groans. Kaden turns to me.Shit! He was coming my way. I think this was the part where I should start running.I should probably run, but I don't. I couldn't. I stay put as the Primordial continues to take predatory steps towards me."No, Ava.

I couldn't fully see his face clearly."What are you doing here?" he asks, turning to look at the Delta behind me."I didn't want you to see this. Leave!" his tone got stronger as he urged me. "I---" I began to speak but stopped by the loud sound of growling coming from behind me."Mate!" the word flies out from his lips, catching everyone in the room by surprise. Everyone's eyes travel to Lorenzo and I in shock. I looked over at Tasha who was kneeling on the ground. The look on her face confirmed Lorenzo's claim. They were both mates. Everyone exchanged worried glances at each other. How was the intruder Tasha? What was she doing here? • Alpha Kaden: THE PRIMORDIAL HYBRID    The Exorcism

*The exorcism*Ava's Point Of View llIt was just some few minutes before midnight, more specifically it was twenty-three minutes past eleven. We were running out of time, we needed to exorcise whatever dark magic was compelling Tasha, she clearly wasn't acting herself.Kole told me that this was likely the effect of one of the Elders powers. Elder Hal Jordan, he had the unique powers as a Lycan to conjure up darkness capable to compell and possess anyone. Kole told me that he was notable one of the strongest Elders, his powers of mind warping and manipulation was impeccable and could make someone believe whatever he wanted. He also mentioned that Hal was a literal asshole and he was sired by Kathryna. We had come up with a plan to exorcise Hal's dark magic from Tasha, and by we I meant kole, Lorenzo and I. Yes, of course Lorenzo was on board with the plan of saving his mate. He just found her and wouldn't let anything happen to her.Kole managed to move Tasha into one of the castle r

Ava's Point Of View"She can't be dead!" I paused, staring at Tasha who couldn't stop sobbing."There has to be some mistake, she has to be alive." I keep on ranting like a woman who has gone mad."Ava," Tasha called placing a hand on my shoulder, trying to get me back to my senses. Kole and Lorenzo decided to give ussome privacy, they waited outside the room while me and Tasha spoke."I watched that monster rip her in half right before me. There is no way she would have survived that." Tasha said regretful, in almost a hushed voice."Tell me everything. Exactly what happened?" I ask, tears streaming from my eyes.“After you ran away, Lucien knew that aunt Amelia must have helped you to escape. Lucien really went mad, he had Aunt Amelia locked up and tortured by that swine Yakmesh to tell them where you were..." I feel my heart break once more, she was tortured all because of me. She was hurt, in lots of pain before she died and it was all because of me."I tried to help her escape but

Ava's point of viewI waited just outside of the cave till everyone was gone and only Kaden was left.I turn around, my breath hitching in my throat. Kaden was just in front of me, his green eyes casting down on mine. I gulp a little at how intimidating it felt having him this clos up to me. I could feel Sparks light up around my body just having him close.“Let's talk inside the cave.” He tells me walking back into the cave, I quickly follow behind him.I was frozen in my spot, just thinking about how Kaden went against his own rules all for me. Usually it was law that anyone caught tresspassing into the midnight pack territory should be executed and their heads put on a spike just outside of the territory to warn wandering intruders, but this was the first time an intruders life would be spared. He chose to save Tasha's life all because of me."What is it that you are thinking about?" Kaden asks, with etched brows."Wait, you can't read my mind?" I ask him back, completely surprised.

Ava's Point Of View “We have a lot to talk about Ava.” The Moon goddess, Selene said to me with a smile.“Wait, what do you mean in the Path between the afterlife?” I ask, confused about what she had meant by it.“The Path in between is a space that exists through time, between the living and the dead.” She explained.“So I am not dead?”“Of course Ava, it would take more than a Silver blade to the heart to end a hybrid like yourself. You can choose to awaken at this very moment or not, well that choice is completely up to you to make. You can decide to live or die.” She clarifies to me.“If the choice is mine then I choose to live, I'm not ready to say goodbye yet.” I stated.“Not so quick Ava, first you need to consider the catastrophe that weighs on the choice you make.” She replied.“Catastrophe?” How could there be any catastrophe with me being alive or dead?“Yes my dear. I will show you the outcomes that will happen with your choices.” She began to walk and I followed behind h

Our love was the key needed to break the curse and mating He was now free from death as well as the entire pack.I get up from the bed, quickly changing into a tank top and blue jeans. I heard the sounds of sirens going off, I had completely forgotten that we were in the middle of war.I still can't believe that we made love in the middle of a war. To me it sounded beautiful and romantic but in a very dark way.“Quick Kaden. Change so we can join the pack to fight.” I said to him, tossing his T-shirt to him.“Don’t worry Ava, I already gave everyone the order. To kill every single thing that breathes in this castle.” Kaden replies and my eyes widen at his words. The order was to kill everyone, and spare no one. I became worried about Pedro. H

  • Alpha Kaden: THE PRIMORDIAL HYBRID    Dear sister Kathryna

Kole’s Point Of View I was in a hot pursuit with Hal Jordan, the last remaining Lycan Elder sired by our sister kathryna.Krys and I had made it our sole mission to exterminate every single last one of those Elders scum during this war. This was our golden opportunity to catch them all off guard and in one place. With this element of surprise we could put an end to all of our enemies in a single attack. This was going to be the end of the long battle with the Elders and us. Krys had informed me through our shared mindlink that she had eliminated the other Elders leaving remaining one. Hal.I was informed by Lorenzo of where he was spotted last. In fact that coward fled as soon as he learnt Kaden and his army had attacked. Right now, I was in a hot pursuit in the nearest woods.I pursued the fast Lycan right into a dead end, cornering and blocking all his exits so he couldn't escape me this time.“It's over Hal, surrender and I will grant you a quick death.” I said to him as he turned

Ava's Point Of View It's been a year since I've seen Kaden; he never came back for me; I stopped trying to escape after the Hunter's Moon passed. There was no reason to, the curse is unbreakable after the Hunter's Moon, Kaden is probably dead now along with the Midnight pack. I never got any news from Kole and Krys. They completely vanished without even seeking to find me.The worst part of it all is that Lucien and I mated!‘Ugh, would you please cut it out! That's not going to happen.’ I sigh at my wolf mentally.‘Understand that making up these crazy realities helps me to stay sane, alright.’ Lisa, my wolf, retorted, and I just sighed, indulging her crazy realities once more. Here we go again, it hasn't been one year at all, it has only been a day. My wolf was just making up scenarios because she's a bitch. ToThe peak of Hunter's Moon was only some hours away, so I could understand why my wolf was getting so anxious. Honestly, I was too. • Alpha Kaden: THE PRIMORDIAL HYBRID    End of the world

Kaden's Point Of View My growls vibrated through the earth's crust as I tore through another wolf from the elder pack, splitting him into two halves. I was covered from head to toe in blood, standing in a puddle of the blood of wolves working with Lucien and the Elders. I was going berserk without my mate, I needed to get her back or I swear I was going to fucking kill everyone breathing.I still haven't stopped thinking about her beautiful smile the night I took her to our secret garden. I would end the world just to see her smile like that again. It's been only two days since my mate was taken, but for me, it feels like an eternity being without my mate; every second without her felt like torture to my mind. Not knowing what that bastard was doing to her at this very moment kept me furibund. Saying I was going crazy was merely an understatement to describe what was happening to me. I was out of my darn mind without the little wolf. Ava's scent still lingered everywhere around me an

Ava's Point Of View I lay on the bed, not able to tell how long I was locked up in the room. It was driving me insane being locked up in here. I hated feeling like a prisoner. Oh, how I wish I was back at the pack before everything happened. I couldn't reach Kadenp through our mate bond; it was like it was gone as if there was nothing there. Something was interfering with it. Every time I reached out, all I could hear was an endless silence, but I could still feel him. I knew he was going crazy looking for me everywhere. I quickly jerk off from the bed as I hear the door knob suddenly twist. Someone was trying to come in. The doors silently push open, allowing in an unfamiliar face, holding a covered tray. "Whoa--" the stranger said, as he looked around the room with an open mouth. "This place looks nice." The stranger spoke, with an Italian accent. He placed the tray in a drawer as he carried on looking around. "And who the bloody hell are you?" I questioned, narrowing my pi

Ava's Point Of View "Kaden---" I moan a whisper, as I stirred in the bed. Beads of sweat trickled down my forehead, it was caused by the terrible dream I was having about me and Kaden being separated. It was a nightmare and once again I couldn't do anything but watch him die."No... Kaden..." I called again, feeling tears well around my eyes. A huge pain crushing me as I fight to escape the nightmare I was trapped in.I finally jolted up from the bed I laid, gasping in an ample amount of air. I paused, not able to move for a second, my eyes were stunned by the foreign environment surrounding me, I needed a minute to adjust to the environment I found myself in.'where the hell was I?' I ask myself. I couldn't remember how I got to this place that wasn't home.My hands clutch tightly to my head, as I feel a piercing ringing invade my mind. The pain came as I tried to recall what had happened before. I felt so weak, as if all my strength in me had been drained. I couldn't feel my wolf o

  • Alpha Kaden: THE PRIMORDIAL HYBRID    Let the world burn

Kaden's Point Of View I had just left my pack and was on my way to meet Nadia, the vampire who knew Ava's mother. It was very important I saw her, she had been on the run and living in hiding for years now. She knew something important about Ava's mother and it was also important to Ava. We agreed to meet somewhere on the outskirts of the city, away from unseen eyes watching her. There was something that kept me uneasy, it was grating at the back of my mind. Ava's ominous dream was sent by my mother. My mother wasn't one to make empty threats or warnings, so there was a very high chance that something terrible was coming our way. Although that wouldn't surprise me, something terrible is always coming our way, but this time the stakes were high. The lives of my entire pack were on the line, and any small overlooked detail would be the end of us.It was still baffling to me how Mother chose to send a warning to Ava about Mr when she was the very one who cursed me with this fate. Now, s

Kole's Point Of View I was standing across from Xanthros, the elemental lycan. He was arguably one of the strongest lycans that kathryna sired. His ability to manipulate the elements of nature was rare, and it was a skill he had learned how to utilize to the fullest, but still, I knew he was no match for me."You all should have maintained the roles we allowed you as Elders, Xanthros," I said, with my voice low.Xanthros sneered, his eyes flashing with elemental energy. "Kole, you and I both know we wouldn't miss this opportunity to take out Kaden. At first, we were content with knowing Kaden wasn't able to find the gifted one, but now he has; we can't just let him break free from his curse."Of course, they wouldn't just sit idly by and let Kaden successfully break his curse; even if it meant they would charge to their deaths, they were willing to take the risk. But I was willing to do whatever it took to keep my brother safe. Yes, I know Kaden has made a lot of terrible mistakes, b
