Maya's POV
As I know Shane, she was a strong headed she-wolf. I watched her fight in the tournament. The fact that she was able to leave the pack during the event was something I am proud of her. Although Jacob had been mad because she went out of the pack without his knowledge, her being a gammas mate saved her from getting her punishment. And of course, because of me as well.
Waking up earlier than Jacob, I watched him sleep and I found him really cute. How can he be this cute when he was so fierce as an alpha. I played with his nose and he wrinkled it everytime and I giggled.
"Baby, you woke up before me. I should be the one watching you right now." he said and opened his eyes. I kissed him and he kissed me back.
