Maya's POV
"We will leave then." I stood up and left the office with Anita and Andrew.
'Baby, please make sure not to leave me.' Jacob said, I wanted to laugh at him but I didn't because I knew how worried he was.
'I won't, relax.' I replied. Hoping he would know that I really wouldn't.
'Don't get so weak, I will be the one who will do that to you later.' He teased me. I rolled my eyes after hearing that, although I wanted that too but I knew better.
'Let's see about that.' I told him and blocked him. I didn't want to hear anything from him. I don't want to be disappointed just like earlier.
Andrew, Anita and I
Third Person's POVJacob let Maya rest as he felt that she was a little tired. He set aside the plan he had that he would make her tired when they were together later until Jacob didn't notice that it was over a week since Anita put up the barrier with the help of Maya.During those times, Jacob, Ken and Dom had been busy finding out what Red Moon Pack had been doing. They thought that it was strange for them to look up for Maya when she had been gone rogue for 3 years now. They thought that it was unusual for an alpha and a beta to leave the pack only to find a couple of rogues, although Andrew was their Gamma, they would know that he may have a chance of survival outside the pack but it was more of a suicide. As Andrew, Anita and Maya were staying on the pack, Jacob de
Alpha Rhoden's POVThe nerve of the Blood Moon Pack to send someone to spy on us. I will make sure to make them pay once I get everything I want from him. Did they think that, because I didn't have a successor, the Red Moon Pack would become weak? After my beta left my office, I sat on my chair and thought. I was so mad at Alpha Jacob because I knew he had both Andrew and Maya. I had to get Maya back so Nick would be able to get his wolf back as well when he marked and mated with her.Ever since Maya accepted Nick's rejection, his wolf had never resurfaced anymore. No matter how much we tried to mate him with another she-wolf, nothing happened. He was good as a human now, and no matter what I did, no Alpha would willingly let their daughter be mated with him.I was really ashamed that it had happened to my son, Nick. I never blamed him for rejecting Maya. If I found out that she was his mate as well, I would make Nick reject her. I just didn't know that r
Beta Edward's POV I was doing a patrol when I noticed a rogue lurking within our border. I would just ignore him when I suddenly realized that the Blood Moon Pack had been quiet for sometime now. After Alpha Rhoden and I left their pack, we knew that Alpha Jacob had become suspicious of us. I mind linking our patrol guards to apprehend the rogue. 'Nate, I spotted a rogue at 2 o'clock. See to it to get the son of a b****.' 'On it beta' he replied. I waited at my post and watched how Nate took down the rogue. I was impressed with the way he handled the rogue. Nate was always soft and gentle, although I hate that about him, he was still good when it comes to fighting. He became a different person when he was facing the enemy. Nate joined the pack about a year ago. He wa
Beta Andrew's POV"You have to listen to me, I am your alpha and you do as I said." Alpha Rhoden told Nick and I was shocked."Alpha,!" I exclaimed. I never thought that he would use his alpha command on his son."Let me do this, he won't listen to us because Arwen has already brainwashed him." Alpha Rhoden told me."Nick, you should reject Maya if, in the future, she ends up your mate. You will only mate the one I asked you to be mate with and that is between us three. This conversation should not reach Luna, your mother." Alpha Rhoden added.Nick balled his fist. He was still young and yet he had to bound himself to the alpha command who was his own father."Father, you don't ha
Maya's POVIt has been a week since Anita put up a barrier around the Blood Moon Pack's territory. She already regained her strength well and was ready to fight with her mate, Andrew.Jacob told me that we will be having the Luna Ceremony as well as the welcoming ceremony for Anita and Andrew if they wanted to stay in the pack. I remember mine and Anita's conversation after I told her about it. We were in the pack garden sitting on the bench together and looking at the fountain. It was very silent that none of us wouldn't want to break it when I asked her if she and Andrew wanted to stay with me in the Blood Moon Pack.*** Flashback ***"Of course we would be staying here. Did you think that I put up the barrier just so you could be safe?" Anita exclaimed and I laughed a
Anita's POV Putting up the barrier to the entire Blood Moon Pack is draining. I thought it was just fine and I could handle it well, but I was wrong. I needed Maya to finished it. I was thankful that she gave me extra when I was trying to fight to a powerful witch who was trying to get in my barrier. She was really good and I would get scared if not for Maya's presence. When Maya and Alpha Jacob left our room, Andrew took care of me. I can see that he was very worried, especially when some of my hairs turned white all of a sudden. It's not that it never happened before, it has. Only when I used too much of my power, and if Maya had not lent me some, I'm sure all of my hairs were already white by now. I rested and managed to gather my strength, thanks to Maya and of course my mate Andrew. When I first found out th
Third Person's POVDom, Shane, and of course Anita, have handled the preparation for the welcoming ceremony in a satisfactory manner. Until they permitted her to assist them, she didn't stop. Dom and Shane appreciated her many suggestions, which she had to provide. Being the omega, Shane preferred to fight rather than enjoy things like that."I'm so thankful that you're here Anita. I can't imagine doing this all the time when I had no idea about this at all." Shane exclaimed. Anita smiled at her and Shane could tell that she was really happy."Yes Shaney, I'm grateful as well." However, Dom grumbled, "Imagine, I just know how to fight and create a rogue report, and then out of nowhere, Alpha Jacob asked me to prepare for this. This was supposed to be Ken's responsibility." Anita and Shane made fun of him. Even if wh
Ken's POV Andrew and I had a conversation about security while we were getting ready for the welcoming ceremony. I said to Andrew, "We still need to station our guards even if Anita established a barrier around Blood Moon Pack," and he gave me a wrinkled forehead look. "Wait, I trusted Anita's ability but we can't underestimate the enemy as well." I added, thinking he got offended. "We can't just rely on Anita's barrier as it may weaken her in the process if she continues doing it," Andrew replied. "It's fine beta, I get what you mean and I entirely agree with you." he added. I saw how worried Andrew was, especially when Anita's hair turned white. I admire her for doing such a thing so we would be able to move freely and not bother with another rogue visit.
Third Person's POV Ken was watching his mate sleeping on his bed. It has been 5 months since the war ended and until now, his mate hadn't talked to him yet and he started to get worried. He was greatly affected by the fact that his mate was pushing him away and Jacob and Dom were worried about him. Although they were sure to get annoyed when he started to brag about his mate, they wanted that rather than seeing him in the state he was now. "How are you?" Ken asked when he saw his mate open her eyes. She looks at him and Ken feels something different with the kind of look she was giving to him. "Is there something wrong?" he asked. His mate shook her head and that made Ken really happy. It was the first time that he got a response from her. His mate sat up and Ken supported her. He sighed in relief when she didn't push him away. With their sudden touch, Ken saw his mate's eyes dilated and he smiled. "You don't have to show up." Ken said, "I know that you wanted us but we need to give
Jacob's POV The king and queen became our closest ally. All the packs around the world knew how much the palace favored us and our neighboring packs had started to contact us to form an alliance with them. I had been appointed as the head ambassador of all regional ambassadors. Everything they wanted to tell the palace, they had to come to me first. That’s why we have started to expect the Were kinds to come and visit us from time to time. My mother was in the pack when we got back and I found out that while the rogue king was busy with the warriors, Maya teleported her to the pack and then came back to the war. She could have stayed there, but because she was planning something else, she did. She wanted to defeat her father, the rogue king. She had been wanting to live in peace so even if it was a little painful for her to help the queen in taking her father’s life, she still did it. SHe thought that the Luna Queen was more hurt because it was her son as the direct descendant of
Third Person's POVJacob was in the palace hospital and was being cared for by the doctors. Maya was a little worried but she knew that he would be fine. She already asked Mirabella for an antidote when she talked to her about bringing Durant back to the rogue king. I told her that someone might be needing the antidote and Maya gave the ingredients for it to Luna Queen Roxy. Everyone who had been affected by it was now under close observation. The only thing that made them calm was the doctors said that they had stabilized them and would only need a rest.Dom and Ken were perfectly fine and Maya was thankful for that. "I'm sorry Luna, we should have not gone too far from Alpha." Ken said."None of these were your fault. Jacob was really the target of the rogue king thinking
Maya's POVI had a feeling that it was about to come. I was in the training ground and everyone was busy and in high spirits. That's what I wanted, it's perfect for this day. The day that we will put an end to the rogue king, the reincarnated son of the moon goddess, my father. I blended well with the others until I managed to conceal myself. I can feel it, his coming. Maybe because he was my father. He is not a witch so I decided to conceal my scent as well. I know that this will be hard for Jacob, Ken and Dom. Not being able to smell me will jeopardize their mission of protecting me. But that is the other thing that made me feel positive about this. The rogue king will never know what to expect.I watched in a distance as I started to smell the rotten scents of
Maya's POV I knew exactly what Jacob was thinking and I know no matter what I am going to stop him from doing what he was planning, I will never make him. He loves me and he will trade everything for me. I know it, because that is how I feel too. But I didn't want him to over think on something because I knew that everything would go according to our plan. It has been five days since we started the training and I knew that anytime now, the rogue king would appear before us. I had to lie to them that he will be coming here in a week. The rogue king must see that we are shocked to find him there and it will not happen if they were prepared for his coming. Without their knowledge, I teleported back to the pack and had a talk with Mirabella on our second day of training. They were all busy trying to make their human counterparts stronger. I must say that they have improved a lot. They were much much better than before and I was sure that their beast would come out stronger than before.
Jacob's POV"Thank you for what?" Maya asked, which made both Ken and I jump. "You look like you have been caught cheating, did you know that?" she asked me."Uhm, I will go back to the training ground." Ken said."Why are you in a hurry? Are you hiding something from me?" she asked and we both shook our heads. "So, you were hiding something from me." she said,"No!" Ken and I exclaimed and she laughed."I am not going to forced you to tell it to me, but I want you to know that there's nothing you can do that could make me mad at you two." she said and we were shocked to hear that. "You know that I can read your thoughts if I wanted to, buut because I promi
Jacob's POVI had to think about my mate, Maya. I think she was doing something I didn't know and that scares me more. She loves the pack so much which made me sure that she was planning something and didn't want to let me know. I didn't want to lose her in the end so I had to look after her and watch her every move. She was with Ken and Dom so I was free to think about her. Everytime she was with me, I always had my guard up against her because I didn't want her to see that I was worried about her. That will make her mad and I didn't want that. I let her join the training of the palace warriors and fighters as well as the other alphas, beta's and gamma's of the pack. The king and queen were there so I guess it's safe to think that Maya will never overdo it. I know how she fights and judging by her eagerness, I think she was planning on doing something or training something else. She assures us that we will win this war and that's what she will do, and I know, even at the cost of he
Third Person's POVThe rogue king was talking to Divina and he was really mad at her. "Call Mirabella!" he said and she rushed to look for Mirabella. Divina was really pissed with Mirabella especially when she told the rogue king about her and Durant. The rogue king didn't treat her as his mate but compared to other rogues there, she was treated a little better. But after Mirabella told him about her hinting that she and Durant had a relationship, the rogue king started to treat her worse than anybody else.Mirabella was in her room and was thinking about the plan that Maya had told her. Before they went to the palace, Maya informed her about what she was going to do during the war. Of course she was happy to help them because she was the pack's previous luna and she loves her son more than anything in this world. She will never let
Maya's POVThe meeting was long and we all had our little arguments. But not in the wrong way because we were able to make the best and possible plan with lesser risk. Although we were included in the plan, I still have my own plan that was at work already. I had invited some guests that could help me accomplish my goal.I didn't tell anyone about it because I didn't want them to worry and for my plan to be exploited. It was true that Grandma and I are going to die if I am not going to do anything about it. It was thanks to Anita that she didn't forget the scene that my aunt had shown her. I had a hard time convincing her not to let Jacob know about it, but because she was more loyal to me, of course she'll follow me.We were back in our room and Jacob was looking at m
