Alpha King's POV

I need to make sure these rogues never threaten my pack, my people, my land, or my Mate again. I must take action and get to the root of the problem so that it never happens again. I need to restore justice and make sure that everyone knows that I will not tolerate any sort of threat or harm to what is mine. I will hunt down every last one of them and make sure that they pay the price for their actions.

We walked to the parking lot and Kara shifted behind the car and into human form. I turned to the other side. She must have been uncomfortable with this. I am weak and exhausted. Kate called me, "Ron?"

Ron turned and saw that she had already changed and asked me, "Are you not planning to shift?"

Ron turned and shifted. I was naked and grabbed the jacket from the car and pants. I also have an extra pair in my car in case they are needed. I suddenly felt very exhausted and called Kate, "Kate, let's go."
