Kate's POV

I smirked and said, "Miss Nina, Fuck off." and I headed to the washroom. This is already too much for me but I will see what happens next. I was overwhelmed by Miss Nina's suggestion. This seemed to imply that Alpha King was too suitable for me as I am a Beta of a pack whereas that girl came from a rich and royal family. I felt the need to escape the situation; the only way I could do that was to excuse myself and head to the washroom.

Inside the washroom, I felt that I had wasted my time here being with the Alpha King, but he is my mate. I don't feel comfortable trusting him now, but I still believe in him.
