"Why did you leave without my permission?" He gritted. Voice sharp as a blade.

"I'm not obliged to take your permission," She snapped standing up straight, pushing his hand away. She glared him dead in the eyes as their noses almost touched.

She had to crane her neck to look at him while he hovered over her, peering down at her in rage.

"First, you barged into m...my house looking for Agatha and w...when you had no option. You dragged me to the hospital knowing fully well, I can't control my magic," She snapped angrily.

His eyes narrowed in warning. "But you ended up saving him. Only skilled in magic can do that," He rasped.

"Move," She said through clenched teeth. He was too close.

Her eyes widened as she flinched back when he took a step closer crowding in her personal space. His body was just an inch away from touching hers as her shoulders were hunched.

"Make me," He said.

She didn't like him one bit. She was so at peace being away from him for the past months but now he has found her hiding spot and he would not stop without torturing her.

"Hunter,"

"Silvia," She hated him because he was so handsome saying her name so beautifully and that it was distracting.

"I'm not your chauffeur," She muttered.

Just because she could open a portal anywhere. He expected her to drop him at his pack house. When she didn't do that and simply left quietly. He was pissed.

"Did he contact you?" He asked out of the blue causing her brows to furrow.

She didn't have to ask him to know whom he was talking about.

"I told you before and I'm telling you again. I don't have any contact with Alonso. He must be thirsty for my blood because I left his pack," She grounded and he clicked his tongue.

She tried to sound strong and composed but her heart was a quivering mess. His intimidating aura was enough to keep her on edge.

Hunter was the man who seemed to enjoy the fear in her eyes which was why she was trying very hard not to show him any.

"Persistent enough. Keep playing innocent. But no worries, soon I'll bring your real face in front of everyone," He said nonchalantly as if he didn't just threaten her for something she hasn't even done.

"I'm not-"

"Time for your punishment," He smiled.

Her eyes widened when he hauled her up over his shoulder before stalking out of the cottage. She screamed, slamming her fists on his back, struggling wildly. Afraid of not knowing where he was taking her. "Let go," She screamed on the verge of tears.

He abruptly stopped, hauling her up in the air before catching her in his arms bridal style as she shrieked.

Their eyes locked.

"This is for leaving me behind," He said and she shook her head staring at the dark pond horrified.

But the heartless man paid no heed to her and before she could trick him. He tossed her into the pond as water splashed around her.

She gasped loudly while emerging to the surface. Her heart pounded in her ears as she blinked her wide eyes, rapidly wheezing.

It was cold.

She coughed wrapping her arms around her trembling frame as bitter tears gathered in her eyes.

She hates him so much.

Ever since she escaped that hell. Hunter has made sure to make her life difficult. She hated how he didn't trust her one bit and looked at her with doubtful eyes as if he was sure she was a traitor or something.

She was glad to leave the moon pack and come to live with Agatha knowing she won't be facing him but now he knows where she lives and he would hurt her more.

Her chin wobbled as she tried her best to keep her tears at bay.

Hunter crouched near the edge peering down at her shivering frame. "I'm not soft-hearted like my brother. So don't even expect me to be kind to you." He said.

Those jade pearls glided over her trembling frame, pausing at her delicate neck that bobbed as she gulped. His eyes snapped back up. She wasn't looking at him. But her face was ashen. She was terrified of him yet she wouldn't tell him the truth.

"Tell me what you're planning with Alonso and I won't hurt you," He gritted.

"G... Go to hell," She snapped and his eyes widened slightly at her dare.

"Why don't I make hell for you here?" He hissed, pulling to his feet as she instantly opened a portal under her feet before drowning in the water.

Silvia gasped coughing out water with her hands resting on the rugged forest ground as she wheezed.

Tears sting the back of her eyes as she holds them back. She scooted back before resting her back on the trunk breathing heavily. She just opened the portal into the forest a little away from the cottage.

She can't bear to be near that man.

She hates him for doubting her.

Everyone in his family trusts her and was kind to her except for him. What does he think of himself? Just because he was powerful, he thinks he could do anything?

She won't let him treat her like this. She'll learn to control her magic and give him this treatment back with interest.

Staring up at the patches of sky visible through the trees. She sighed.

"Only if you were with me, Mom. Things wouldn't have been like this," She whispered brokenly wiping the single tear that escaped her eye.

Hugging her arms around herself she tried to keep herself warm from the cold. Her head was dizzy. She was already drained from using all her magic in saving Draken and now Hunter made her go through this.

He possesses no heart. A cruel Alpha.

She must avoid him at all costs.
