CHAPTER 103:

She could not get a good sleep. Though Ezequiel had been disturbed by her continuous tossing and turning in bed but he did not complain.

This morning he brought her breakfast in bed with every intention to spend the day with her but unfortunately was called for urgent meetings.

“I am canceling the meeting.”

“No Zeki. Don’t. I am perfectly fine.”

“I don’t want to leave you alone honey.”

“You should.” She tried to stuff her mouth with a half-left croissant on her tray, “Please go ahead with your meetings. You have got some very handsome staff here. I need to flirt with them.”

Ezequiel choked badly on his coffee, “Are you kidding me?”

Placing his cup aside he held her hair a little roughly and kissed her. There was no hurry. He took his sweet time to taste her lips and mouth as if he was trying to mark his territory.
