< Hotel Ritz-Carlton, Savannah, Georgia >

Mikhail's phone buzzed on the marble countertop of his hotel room, the screen lighting up with the name *Demon*. He answered quickly, his voice low and serious.

"Demon, what's the situation?" Mikhail asked, pacing the room, knowing the gravity of the call.

Demon’s voice, deep and steady, came through the line. “The rogues are planning an unexpected attack on the Feral Fury Pack. They’ve learned that Alpha Vladimir isn’t in his position, and they see this as their chance to strike. You and Lucifer need to book the next flight back to Russia before it’s too late.”

Mikhail’s heart sank. He had been waiting for this moment to break through to Lucifer, but now everything seemed to be slipping out of control. “Understood. I’ll inform him right away. We’ll be on the next flight out.”

As Mikhail hung up, he turned to find Lucifer standing by the window, his back tense as he stared out at the city below. The once proud and powerful man seemed smaller

ONE WEEK LATER.....The atmosphere in the throne room was thick with tension, the air practically crackling with unspoken anger and grief. Lucifer sat at the head of the long table, his knuckles white as he gripped the arms of his chair, his eyes burning with a cold, steely fury. His usually sharp, calculating demeanor was replaced with an icy rage that made everyone in the room tread carefully.Around him sat Mikhail, Luna Loveth, tried to keep the group grounded, though the worry lines on her face betrayed her own anxieties. Demon sat with his arms crossed, his expression grim. The pack elders, normally stoic and composed, fidgeted in their seats, sensing the storm that was about to break.“They came in the night, like cowards,” one of the elders spoke up, his voice trembling with anger. “Twenty of our youths—innocent children—slaughtered in their sleep. Girls who had never known anything but the safety of our pack, taken from us in the most brutal

Lucifer's mother's words echoed faintly in his mind, a whisper against the backdrop of his seething rage. As he surveyed the carnage around him, he knew the war was far from over. The taste of blood and the scent of gunpowder lingered in the air, a reminder of the brutal reality of his world—a world where mercy was a luxury he could no longer afford.Luciano approached, limping slightly, but his eyes were sharp and alert. He wiped a streak of blood from his face, his expression grim. “We got lucky tonight,” he said, his voice rough from exertion. “If you hadn’t shown up when you did…”Lucifer cut him off with a sharp look. “There’s no room for luck in this game, Luciano. We make our own luck.” His voice was cold, devoid of the camaraderie they usually shared. “Next time, we won’t be caught off guard. We’ll be the ones setting the trap.”Mikhail spoke up as he holstered his gun. “We need to regroup. Gather intel on who sent these men. This wasn’t a random attack—it was too organized, t

The SUV rolled to a stop in front of a grand, yet inviting home nestled in one of Moscow’s quieter neighborhoods. The lights from the windows spilled out warmly into the night, offering a stark contrast to the cold darkness that surrounded them. Katya’s home was a beautiful blend of traditional Russian architecture and modern comforts, a reflection of the family’s deep roots and contemporary success. As they stepped out of the vehicle, Katya’s husband, Dmitri, appeared at the front door, his face lighting up as he saw his wife and her brother approaching with their family.“Welcome, welcome!” Dmitri called out in a rich, warm voice as he descended the steps to greet them. He was a tall man with broad shoulders and a kind smile, the kind of man who put people at ease the moment they met him. In his arms, he carried a small boy with a mop of dark hair, who looked at the newcomers with wide, curious eyes.“Dmitri!” Aiden greeted him with enthusiasm, s

April felt a gentle shake on her shoulder, but exhaustion weighed heavily on her, and she struggled to open her eyes. She groaned softly, burying her face deeper into the pillow, clinging to the last vestiges of sleep.“April,” Aiden’s voice came, soft yet firm. “Wake up. We’re really late for our appointment with the agent.”Her eyes shot open at his words, and she bolted upright in bed, blinking the sleep away. “Oh no, what time is it?” she exclaimed, panic settling in. She quickly glanced around, disoriented by the unfamiliar room before she remembered they were at Katya’s house.Aiden, already fully dressed in a smart casual outfit, leaned against the doorframe with an amused smile. “It’s past nine. I’ve been trying to wake you up for the last ten minutes.”April pouted like a child, her lips forming a little frown. “Why didn’t you wake me up sooner?” she whined, rubbing her eyes with her fists. “You know I’m not a morning person.” Aiden chuckled, enjoyin

Aiden maneuvered through the bustling streets, his hands steady on the wheel while April dialed the agent's number, seeking directions. Her voice was calm, but a subtle tremor of anxiety underlined her words. The agent, named Marcus, quickly provided the details, guiding them toward the location of their new company. When they arrived, April’s eyes widened with joy. Aiden smiled, sharing in her excitement as they took in the sight of the sleek, modern building—their new venture. The possibilities seemed endless, and for a moment, April allowed herself to feel genuine happiness.Marcus was already waiting for them outside, a broad smile on his face as he approached. "Congratulations, Mr. Gorbachev, Ms. April," he said, extending a hand. "It’s all been approved by the government, but there’s just one small matter to finalize."April’s smile faded slightly. "What do you mean, ‘one small matter’?"Marcus cleared his throat, sensing her apprehension. "Half of the plot of land still technic

April stood in the parking lot, her eyes fixed on her phone screen, but her mind was miles away. She kept replaying the encounter with Lucifer in her head—the way his eyes had burned with anger and something else she couldn’t quite place. She shook her head, trying to dispel the dark thoughts that clouded her mind. She was too tired, too emotionally drained to dwell on him any longer. As she lifted her gaze from her phone, she caught sight of a little girl running toward her, laughing joyfully. The girl was looking over her shoulder, her attention completely focused on something behind her, and April’s eyes widened in alarm. “Hey, watch out!” she called out instinctively. But it was too late. The little girl bumped right into her, spilling her ice cream all over April’s shoes. April looked down at the sticky mess, momentarily taken aback, before the girl’s frantic voice brought her back to the present.“Oh no! I’m so sorry!” the girl exclaimed, her face scrunching up in distress as sh

★★★ UNKNOWN LOCATION ★★★The dimly lit room was nothing more than a forgotten cell. The walls were cracked and covered in grime, the air thick with the stench of decay. In the center of the room, a man sat on the cold, filthy floor. His hair was long and matted, obscuring his gaunt face. His clothes were now nothing more than rags, torn and stained from years of neglect. The door creaked open, and a man wearing a mask stepped inside, holding a bowl of dog food. The masked figure's steps echoed in the silent chamber as he approached the prisoner. The dirty man looked up, his eyes filled with rage and despair. "What the hell do you want now?" he snarled, his voice raspy from disuse. "Why do you keep me here? What have I done to deserve this? Twenty-five years...twenty-five years of nothing but this hellhole!"The masked man remained silent, his expression hidden behind the cold mask. He set the bowl down in front of the prisoner, who knocked it away in anger, the contents spilling acro

Aiden and April walked into the cozy restaurant, the warm ambiance and soft lighting creating a comfortable atmosphere. They settled at a small table near the window, with a view of the bustling street outside. A waiter approached them with menus, and they quickly scanned the options.“I think I’ll go for the pasta,” April said, glancing up from the menu. “What about you?”Aiden smirked, leaning back in his chair. “I’m thinking steak. Haven’t had a good one in a while.”April smiled, nodding. “That sounds good. We deserve to treat ourselves, right?”Aiden chuckled. “Absolutely. We’ve been through a lot lately. It’s nice to just relax for a bit.”They placed their orders, and as the waiter walked away, April leaned forward, resting her chin on her hand. “You know, it’s been a while since we did something like this. Just... enjoy a meal without the chaos.”Aiden’s smile softened. “Yeah, it feels good. Sometimes I forget what normal feels like.”April nodded, her eyes distant for a momen

Two day's later. BURIAL SITE...Two days had passed since Aiden’s death, yet the ache felt fresh, raw, as if no time had passed at all. The day was heavy with the weight of grief, the sky a solemn gray as if even the heavens were in mourning. The burial site was a quiet, open field lined with pine trees, a place Aiden himself had once spoken of fondly—a quiet space away from the chaos, a place where peace reigned. Now, it would be his final resting place.April stood among the gathered friends and family, her hands resting over her stomach, still processing the news she hadn’t yet shared with anyone—she was pregnant. She had dreamed of the day she’d tell Aiden, of his face lighting up with that familiar, boyish grin, but now he was gone, the chance lost forever. A part of her wanted to scream, to tear at the world around her, to bring him back. She was barely able to stand, her legs trembling beneath her as she held onto memories to keep herself from collapsing.Lucifer was by her si

As Aiden's body collapsed, Damon rushed forward just in time to catch him, his heart shattering at the sight of his younger brother’s face—pale, weak, half-dead, with blood soaking through his shirt and dripping onto Damon’s trembling hands.“Aiden! Aiden!!” Damon’s voice was thick with desperation, his grip tightening as he took in the horror of the sword still embedded in Aiden’s stomach. The brutal wound looked fatal; Damon could feel Aiden slipping away with each shallow breath. He gently cradled his brother, desperate to hold him steady, to keep him anchored to life, if only for a little longer.Aiden’s hand trembled as he reached up, his eyes meeting Damon’s with a weary, yet strangely peaceful gaze. “Damon…” he whispered, his voice barely a breath. “Tell Lucifer.....Take care of April… and the kids. Don’t let them face this alone. Don’t give her a hard time.”Damon’s throat tightened as tears slipped down his cheeks, but he managed a broken nod. “I will, AiSuddenly, a slow cla

Lucifer had barely slept that night, his mind plagued by Viktor’s words: *“There’s a mansion... up north. Hidden, heavily guarded. It’s one of his main safe houses. But he’s paranoid. Even I don’t know if he’s there now.”* Those words rattled through his head like a haunting melody he couldn’t shake. He had to see it through—he had to put an end to Gregory Barysh, the man who had stolen and shattered so many lives, including his own.The next morning, Lucifer, Damon, Viktor, Luciano, and Aiden loaded up into the car. The silence was thick, the weight of what lay ahead pressing down on each of them. They drove north, through the frosted trees and barren roads of northern Russia, a place known for its isolation and cruelty. Each mile brought them closer to their shared enemy. After what felt like an eternity, they reached a point a short distance from the mansion. As they parked and stepped out, they saw it—a fortress-like mansion, surrounded by tall stone walls and armed guards patroll

Back at the Bloody Sinners Clan, the atmosphere was tense as Lucifer dragged the captured man down to the darkened depths of the torture room. The clan’s compound was quiet, the eerie silence only amplifying the anticipation that simmered through the air. Aiden and the others had retreated to tend to their injuries, bruised and battered from the battle, but they knew Lucifer wouldn’t rest. Not yet. Not until he got every answer he needed. The torture room was dimly lit, the stone walls cold and unforgiving. Chains and instruments of torment lined the room, a grim reminder of the clan’s brutal methods. Lucifer shoved the man down onto a chair, his expression a mixture of fury and determination. Two clan members swiftly moved forward, tying the man’s hands and feet tightly to the chair, ensuring he had no chance of escape.Lucifer stepped back, crossing his arms as he observed the man with a calculating gaze. He waited a moment, letting the silence sink in and unnerve his prisoner. The

The night had come faster than any of them expected. A cold breeze whispered through the trees as Lucifer, Aiden, Damon, Mikhail, Viktor, Luciano, and several mobsters stood at the gates of the Shadows’ den. Darkness cloaked them, but their fierce determination made them stand out like warriors ready to face the ultimate test. The air was thick with tension, but no one spoke a word.Aiden pulled out his phone and made a call. Moments later, the heavy gates creaked open, and a group of twenty men appeared in front of them. Each man wore a black jacket marked with the initials DVV—their allies. They were here to fight alongside them, to take down the Shadows once and for all.Aiden didn’t waste any time. Without hesitation, he aimed his gun and fired, hitting one of the Shadows' guards. The loud crack of the gunshot echoed through the air, and within seconds, the place was alive with movement. Shadows guards began pouring out, their weapons drawn, ready to defend their stronghold.Chaos

Mikhail’s brows knitted together, considering this information carefully. “That explains a lot—the unpredictability, the misdirection. No one would expect women among their ranks, especially in their line of operations. It’s… genius, in a twisted way. If the Shadows have that level of deception and discipline, it means they’ll be prepared for almost anything. They’ll expect any kind of retaliation or attack.” Lucifer, who had remained silent so far, clenched his fists. “Prepared or not, they’re going to answer for everything they’ve done. Tonight, we end this.” His voice held a grim finality, and the others exchanged looks, each one silently weighing the cost of what lay ahead. Aiden took a steadying breath. “DVV’s agents are in position around the den, monitoring every move. They’ve seen shipments of weapons, signs of soldiers moving in and out, and several hidden traps surrounding the area. If we want to take down the Shadows, we’ll need to move quickly, strike hard, and leave no

The morning was cloaked in a tense silence as Aiden, Damon, Mikhail, Victor, Luciano, and Lucifer left the Pack territory and journeyed to the Bloody Sinners Clan. Each man was locked in his own thoughts, digesting the revelations of the previous night. The gravity of what they were about to face hung heavy in the air. In the Clan’s meeting room, they sat around a large oak table, each warrior silently steeling himself. Aiden was the first to speak, his voice a calm resolve despite the dark emotions stirring within him. “Last night, I received an email from DVV. They managed to get a hold of some critical intel on the Shadows. The leader… is my father, Gregory Barysh.” A ripple of shock coursed through the room. Damon’s face contorted in disbelief, pain flashing in his eyes. Aiden’s father—the man who had abandoned him and Damon, who had left them to fend for themselves in a world full of dangers—was now at the helm of the Shadows, the organization that had inflicted so much pain on

Night had settled deeply around the mansion, casting long shadows as the group gathered for dinner. Although everyone seemed engaged, sharing stories and laughter, Lucifer sat at the table, looking distant. His gaze lingered on his plate, the weight of everything bearing down on him. No one dared to ask about his mood—they knew he wouldn’t talk. They understood this silence too well, the unspoken pain that hung over him like a heavy cloud.Dinner concluded, and Aiden was shown to his room. He was still unpacking when a soft knock came at the door. Curious, he opened it to find Lucifer standing there. But before Aiden could speak, Lucifer wrapped him in a tight embrace, surprising him. “Thank you,” Lucifer murmured, his voice thick with emotion. “Thank you for coming back… and for bringing my father back safely.”Aiden’s surprise softened into understanding. He knew that for Lucifer, this was more than just a family reunion; it was a moment of deep release, a blend of gratitude, love,

The atmosphere in the room had shifted into a bittersweet calm. After Luna Loveth’s fainting spell, Vlad had carefully carried his mother into a quieter room to rest. Chris, Aiden, and Damon stayed nearby, ensuring she was comfortable and wouldn’t be startled if she woke up disoriented. Damon couldn’t seem to shake his elation—his big brother was back. For years, he’d felt there was something familiar about Aiden, something he’d never quite understood. Now, everything made sense. As they settled back, Aiden’s gaze softened, landing on a small bundle Damon was holding. Damon looked down at his adopted son, Alex, a bright, energetic toddler who was clinging to his father’s shoulder, eyes wide with curiosity at the new faces.“Let me hold him,” Aiden said with a gentle smile, stretching his hands toward the child. Damon didn’t hesitate and carefully passed Alex over. Aiden cradled Alex with practiced ease, his eyes softening with every giggle and babble from the child.Damon’s expressio
